Support my challenge to swim for breast cancer!
In an aid to support women in a broader scale, I’m going to (albeit adventurously) swim 9km in November.
I have two small children at home, so this ain’t going to be easy! BUT in supporting women I need to do that by giving myself 30 mins to get some laps in, blood flowing and peace.
I am raising money for Breast Cancer, but I’m doing it for women. For working women and Mums. Get out there this month and do the thing that makes you feel like you again. Carve out time to fill your cup so you have the capacity to fill everyone else’s.
