My Squat Challenge for breast cancer research
Ten years ago, I faced one of the toughest battles of my life: Triple Negative Breast Cancer. Today, I stand stronger, deeply grateful, and determined as I mark my 10-year milestone by taking on the 56 Squat Challenge. I squat for the women still fighting. I squat for the families holding on to hope. I squat for those we carry in our hearts. My mission is to raise awareness within the CALD community, where conversations about breast cancer often happen too late. Early detection saves lives, and silence should never cost one. If my journey encourages even one woman to get checked early, then every single squat is worth it. Thank you for walking this journey with me, for your support, and for helping spread the message of early detection and hope.
