I'm getting active and setting myself a challenge to run 15k to raise money for National Breast Cancer Foundation and world-class breast cancer research.
In 2014, my family received news that my mother was diagnosed with Breast Cancer, my mother's strength, resilience and incredible medical care she received became beacons of hope in her breast cancer journey. As a tough journey through radiation and surgery but making it through all with a smile on her face it was evident the vital importance of early detection and groundbreaking research.
Breast Cancer Awareness and research are now causes that are profoundly close to my heart. My mother's survival is a constant reminder of the importance of funding research, raising awareness, and providing support for those affected by breast cancer. I am committed to making a difference in the fight against this disease, which is why I am running a 15k to raise funds for the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Together, let's run for a brighter, cancer-free future and support all those affected by this life-altering disease.
