Did you know that every day 56 people in Australia are diagnosed with breast cancer and 9 people die from this disease?
My gorgeous mama went through stage 1 last year with a series of radiotherapy treatments. One of the regulars at 7Origins is currently going through chemotherapy for stage 3. These women and their communities are inspiring in their bravery, wit and incredible capacity to still be a positive force for everyone they meet regardless of their illness. The least I can do to show them how much I respect them and their recovery is to dye my hair for a good cause.
This June, I’ve made a pledge to COLOUR IT and raise funds for world-class breast cancer research to help NBCF towards their vision of Zero Deaths from breast cancer.
