What inspired me to take up the challenge?
Tuesday 2nd JunYes I was inspired to join the Go Pink Pledge by being a breast cancer survivor. I was diagnosed 2 years ago had 2 lumpectomy surgeries and radiation. I go to Bloomhill a local Cancer Wellness centre in Buderim for meditation and art therapy. I have made many friends who are also survivors of various ages. I have recently realised that there are 4 members of my family who have been diagnosed with breast cancer and yet they are all related to me by marriage not blood. And besides it's a good excuse to do something a little outrageous with my silver hair. Today is the big day for me so looking forward to it. 💗💗💗
