My Squat Challenge for breast cancer research

56 Australians will be diagnosed with breast cancer today and a further 9 will die. I want to make a difference to the lives of those 56 Australians impacted by the disease - that is why I am taking on the Squat Challenge to raise vital funds for world-class breast cancer research. But I need your help.

SQUAT UPDATE

Friday 6th Mar
Day 1- I did 56 squats, took a break then did another 56 (112) legs definitely got sore but i got it done!
Day 2- I managed to do all 112 in one go, still sore from the previous day but pushed through it.
Day 3- did my 112 in one go again and was super proud of myself for being g able to do that twice now. also still sore and walking a bit funny. 
Day 4- 112 in one go, i was starting to feel it in my calf muscles but i didn’t give up i kept going!
Day 5- did my usual 112 then decided it wasn’t enough and did an extra 28 so on day 5 i totalled 130 squats and my legs weren’t as sore, definitely getting used to it. 
Day 6 (today)- I was on the farm this morning so i fit my squats in when i could and altogether did 235 squats today! i was aiming for 130 in one go but i didn’t have time so i pushed myself to do more. legs aren’t sore today!

Thank you for everyone who’s been supporting me so far! kicking goals and i'm already ahead in my squats and plan to increase the amount i do at a time, per day and if i have busy days ill do even more squats but broke up into the time i have free so let’s see how many i’ve managed to do when the month is up!
