My Squat Challenge for breast cancer research
56 Australians will be diagnosed with breast cancer today and a further 9 will die. I want to make a difference to the lives of those 56 Australians impacted by the disease - that is why I am taking on the Squat Challenge to raise vital funds for world-class breast cancer research. But I need your help.

Monday 30th Mar Officially made it to 4500! 235 squats today and that managed to just tip me over the 4500 mark with just one day left of the challenge now! Share

Tuesday 24th Mar There’s only 1 week left now! i’m currently tracking at 98% of my total squat goal complete (i’m at 3403 out of 3472 squats) so that means i’ll definitely be surpassing my total! i’m now hoping i can reach about 4500 by the time the challenge is over so let’s see how close i can get to that new goal! i’ll post another update when i either reach 4500 or the last day of the challenge🫶🏼 Share
Half way through!
Monday 16th Mar Half way into the challenge and i’m super happy! i’m tracking ahead of my original goal and am confident i will surpass my original target of total squats. I went from aiming for 112, then doing 130 squats per day now today have upped it to 150 with some other home workouts but may do more as it’s only just gone past 6pm and i’ve also had the days where i’ve broke it up heaps and have done 200+…Thank you for everyone who has and still is supporting me. Your support isn’t going unnoticed, it’s keeping me pushing myself further..to up my numbers, it’s keeping me motivated. i appreciate you all 🫶🏼🩷 Share
