Did you know that every day 56 people in Australia are diagnosed with breast cancer and 9 people die from this disease?
My mum was one of the 56 people who were diagnosed but thankfully, she is still with us - and I fundraise in her honour, in a very specific way that I know she is proud of - through music!
This June, I've made a pledge to GO PINK with multiple fundraising gigs to raise funds for world-class breast cancer research and prevention.
Throughout the month, you will hear my silly but serious song, "Touch Your T*ts", often, where I deliberately want the earworm to get stuck in your head to remind you...

and "Anyone can get Breast Cancer, whether you have b**bs or pecs. Early detection of Breast Cancer can save your life... So touch your t*ts".
This isn't meant to be crude - but to be colloquial, so when we're singing about how to check for breast cancer, it isn't so scary and medical.
