Let's achieve zero deaths from breast cancer
Two years ago my mum, Marie was diagnosed with breast cancer. She is still undergoing treatment and I'm swimming for her and everyone else who is facing the impacts of breast cancer.
9 people in Australia die from breast cancer every single day.
This November, I am taking part in Swim For Breast Cancer for the mothers, sisters, daughters, friends and loves ones who are impacted by this devastating disease.
I am doing this to raise funds for National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) to support vital breast cancer research to help save lives.
This year I've decided to swim 56kms representing the average number of people diagnosed with breast cancer in Australia EVERY DAY.
