Judy's Birthday!

Our names are Anna and Tilly and we have decided to fundraise for the NBCF in honour of Tilly’s mum, Judy, who is now a 2-year surviving patient of breast cancer. Today is Jude’s 53^rd birthday and we thought what’s a better way to surprise her than with this!

In March 2020, we will be competing in the Mooloolaba Sprint Triathlon which consists of a 750m swim; 20km ride and; a 5km run, which we will be training for over the coming months.

But…

Our first official ride together was the start, yet also end of our “lets do this in under an hour forty” spirit! We really underestimated what we had signed up for... So, we have decided to take a more light-hearted and spirited approach to this challenge, and by getting involved in some fundraising for this amazing cause.

Everyday, 53 Australians are diagnosed with breast cancer and each year more than 3,000 lose their battle to this unforgiving disease. We want to acknowledge and spread awareness of these statistics by fundraising for the NBCF to help them reach their goal by 2030 – for there to be zero deaths from breast cancer.

We really appreciate your time for reading this, and any donation you can give. Our goal is to raise $2,000 from now until March 15^th, when we strap on our runners and hit the ground running up at Mooloolaba.

All donations over $2 are tax deductible and you will be issued with a tax-deductible receipt via email as soon as you make your donation.
