Support my challenge to swim for breast cancer!
9 people in Australia die from breast cancer every single day.
This November, I am taking part in Swim For Breast Cancer for the mothers, sisters, daughters, friends and loves ones who are impacted by this devastating disease.
I am doing this to raise funds for National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) to support vital breast cancer research to help save lives.

Day Two
Tuesday 3rd Nov Arrived at the pool 30 minutes prior to opening , rookie error #3 check opening hours. as we had a Public holiday for a horse race! Not to worry . Got my .500 km done. Rookie error #4 eat before swimming even something light and drink more water to avoid stomach cramps! Survived it and it’s on to the next swim. Share

Monday 2nd Nov OM Gosh!! That was an education. I have not swum for a VERY long time and now my bones are telling me just that but somehow?? I am looking forward to going back again tomorrow. learnt a few things about the venue too. #1 rookie mistake and the ladies will laugh remember the hairbrush! #2 when kids have a pupil free day OR a public holiday GO EARLY.
