Colour for a cure, For Mum x

By Lisa Thornley

I'm now a Zero Hero

As many of you know my beautiful Mum was diagnosed with breast cancer in November, she has an aggressive type called triple negative ductal carcinoma. Along with her partial mastectomy it was the recommendation that she has intensive chemotherapy and then radiotherapy after that. She will lose her hair, she will get sick but she is an amazingly strong woman.

Mum will continue to fight this horrible cancer and she will bounce back stronger than before.

I'm admittedly not a very good charity supporter/donater but this one is obviously now close to my heart.

So, I've decided to colour my hair because I want a world where there are ZERO deaths from breast cancer. To achieve this, I’m raising funds for more research. All donations made to this page will help do exactly that.

The National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) is Australia’s leading national body funding game-changing breast cancer research with money raised entirely by the Australian public.

I really believe research is the best way to prevent deaths, and improve how breast cancer is diagnosed, managed and treated.

Click 'Donate' to make a secure online donation and help me reach my goal. Every donation, big or small, will help me get there. Please donate today.

All donations over $2 are tax deductible and you will be issued with a tax-deductible receipt via email as soon as you make your donation.

Once donated if you could comment what colour I should colour my hair that would be great!

Thank you so much for your support!

Love Lisa x
