My Squat Challenge for breast cancer research

56 Australians will be diagnosed with breast cancer today and a further 9 will die. I want to make a difference to the lives of those 56 Australians impacted by the disease - that is why I am taking on the Squat Challenge to raise vital funds for world-class breast cancer research. But I need your help.

Please support my squat challenge to save lives and make a difference.

Every donation, big or small, will get me closer to reaching my goal and helping the National Breast Cancer Foundation end deaths from breast cancer.

My Updates

12th March

Thursday 12th Mar
Double bonus day

For every dollar donated between midday and midnight today, a generous sponsor will double the amount.
Every little bit helps to finding a cure for this insidious disease.

Day 11

Wednesday 11th Mar
On day 11 of the 56 squats a day for breast cancer.

I truly appreciate the donations I have received so far😊

From 12pm tomorrow, all donations will be doubled until midnight from a very generous sponsor.  If you can donate to my challenge, it would be very much appreciated. This is such a worthwhile cause and a cure needs to be found.

With Thanks

Friday 6th Mar

I would sincerely like to thank the people who have donated to my fundraiser so far.  It is very much a motivator each day to do the challenge, knowing all the contributions are going towards breast cancer research. We have lost way too many people to cancer, we see the Warriors still fighting their battle and the Survivors who are in remission and each day we hope for a cure. Every little bit helps, so if you can donate to the challenge, I would really appreciate it 😊

My Journey.

Saturday 28th Feb
On October 30th, 2018 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. On  December 6th 2018 I went into Wollongong Hospital to have the cancer removed. In April 2019 I underwent many rounds of radiation. July 2019, I started on cancer drugs for the next 5 years. Today I have been in remission for just over 7 years..
I have previously done the Squat Challenge as raising awareness and money for breast cancer is so important. Once again I am taking on the 56 squats a day challenge for March, 2026
