Swim for Hope - Support my challenge to swim for breast cancer!
This November, I’ll be swimming 9 kilometres to honour those who lost their lives to breast cancer and to support the brave women still fighting.
I started learning to swim in October last year, never imagining that one year later I’d use this skill to make a difference. All in God's will.
I have friends who are survivors, and others who are recovering from surgery and chemotherapy. Their strength inspires me every day.
As a mother of two girls and a boy and a friend to many wonderful women, this cause is close to my heart. This swim is my small way to raise awareness and to remind everyone affected by breast cancer that they are not alone - we are swimming beside them.
Every donation supports the National Breast Cancer Foundation and helps fund life-saving research. Together, we can make waves of hope.
