My 57 Squat Challenge for breast cancer research
57 Australians will be diagnosed with breast cancer today and a further 9 will lose their life. I want to make a difference to the lives of those 57 Australians impacted by the disease - that is why I am taking on the 57 Squat Challenge to raise vital funds for world-class breast cancer research. But I need your help.
Please support my squat challenge to save lives and make a difference.
Every donation, big or small, will get me closer to reaching my goal and helping the National Breast Cancer Foundation end deaths from breast cancer.

A day out
Friday 29th MarWe’re a day out of completing the squat challenge but that doesn’t mean the fight is over for many cancer victims nor does it mean the that support and the spread of awareness is over too!!
I want to say a big Thankyou to my family and friends who have donated and shown support throughout the month. While you have supported the cause you have also supported me and that means more than you know.
Cancer you’re never gonna win, not on my watch!!
ShareDay 2 - why stop here ?
Saturday 2nd MarWithin the first day we have achieved my goal!! THANKYOU. But why stop here? Let’s keep on pushing and supporting because unfortunately victims and all affected by cancer don’t easily reach their goals within a day. Day 2 - Bring it on
ShareDay 1
Friday 1st MarThis March I’ll be doing 57 squats a day to raise money for the National Breast Cancer Foundation . We unfortunately all have a connection to cancer and it’s one that we don’t want to continue. It is estimated that more than 20,600 people were diagnosed with breast cancer in 2023, with 1 in 8 females and 1 in 667 males will be diagnosed by the time they are 85. Life is already short enough and it’s heartbreaking that for some of us it’s even shorter. Please aid in raising funds which will support research, victims and their loved ones. It’s going to be hard work so I’ll be sharing my journey and I hope you guys can jump on board to reach my goal!
Monica this one is for you!
