Support my challenge to swim for breast cancer!

This November, I’m swimming 10km to support breast cancer research and help researchers better understand how to prevent, detect, and treat this disease, and ultimately stop breast cancer from taking the people we love.

Breast cancer takes the lives of 9 people in Australia each day. In 2003, one of those people was my beautiful Mum (now known as Janny). 

This year marks 23 years since we said goodbye. I miss her every day but especially wish she was here to know Alexander and Sophia and watch them grow. 

So, this November, I’m getting back in the pool and swimming 10km (if I can squeeze in a few more km, I will). A little extra motivation to keep turning up to the pool and hopefully raise some money along the way.
