I'm celebrating my birthday with NBCF this year!
This cause is incredibly close to my heart, as it’s now been 8 years since I was diagnosed with breast cancer. In that time, I’ve come to know others, close to me, who have also faced this battle. Watching the impact of this disease on loved ones has only deepened my commitment to supporting the search for a cure.
The National Breast Cancer Foundation is leading the charge in groundbreaking research that aims to improve survival rates, enhance treatment options, and ultimately eradicate breast cancer. Your support for this fundraiser will help fuel these vital research efforts and bring us closer to a future where no one has to face the fear and uncertainty that comes with a diagnosis.
I also want to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone who has donated and for surprising me on my 50th birthday. Especially my husband Jeff, and my kids and their partners for organising such a wonderful day. Everybodies generosity and kindness mean so much to me, and together, we are making a real difference in the fight against breast cancer.
