My Squat Challenge for breast cancer research

56 Australians will be diagnosed with breast cancer today and a further 9 will die. I want to make a difference to the lives of those 56 Australians impacted by the disease - that is why I am taking on the Squat Challenge to raise vital funds for world-class breast cancer research. But I need your help.

Please support my squat challenge to save lives and make a difference.

Every donation, big or small, will get me closer to reaching my goal and helping the National Breast Cancer Foundation end deaths from breast cancer.

Squat Challenge - Day 5

Sunday 8th Mar
Although I had a massive day at work I still completed my squats.

Starting Monday 9 March I’m going to incorporate hand weights.

Thanks to Christine and Jill for your donations.

I’m still hoping to get more as I go and reach $1,000.

Squat Challenge - Day 4

Wednesday’s is family dinner day so I went out and had a yummy steak 🥩, mash potatoes 🥔 and steamed vegetables. 

This delayed me doing my squats as I couldn’t do them on a full belly.

But yep, they are finally done and to the awesome tune ‘Simply Irresistible’ by Robert Palmer.

Yep, I knew my kegs would be sore today but that’s ok cause they will be even sorer tomorrow..
