My Squat Challenge for breast cancer research

56 Australians will be diagnosed with breast cancer today and a further 9 will die. I want to make a difference to the lives of those 56 Australians impacted by the disease - that is why I am taking on the Squat Challenge to raise vital funds for world-class breast cancer research. But I need your help.

Please support my squat challenge to save lives and make a difference.

Catch up Squats

Wednesday 11th Mar
After a great early morning walk with my squat Buddy Jan, I did 70 squats today then realised I didn't use my belt for thigh workout, so I did another 20. I've mainly be catching up from earlier this week when I could only do 30 for the day due to my lower back being really sore. But happy that I've achieved 90 today - go me!!

Improvement

Tuesday 10th Mar
Today I managed 60 squats in a row, quite the achievement. Anything more today is such a bonus. Using my resistance belt to help my hips. I am absolutely thrilled at the support shown from friends - with sincere thanks.

Back on Track

Thursday 5th Mar
Have had a slight hiccup with lower back issue but a visit to my wonderful Osteopath has sorted that this morning and I'm ok to keep going.

Long weekend was spent away in Seabird and very little reception to update anything online, but rest assured my travel buddy Jan and I commenced on time on Sunday. I'm doing 30+30 each day
