I'M SWIMMING FOR 🩷 Grandma and Nanna 🩷
Over the last two years, both my Grandma and my Nanna were diagnosed with breast cancer. Thankfully, they’ve each come out the other side — but their journeys have made it clear how real and close this disease is for my family. It’s also made me far more aware that my sister and I carry an increased risk ourselves.
And then there’s the bigger picture: nine people lose their battle with breast cancer every single day. That number is heartbreaking, and it shows just how important ongoing research is if we want to change those odds and save lives.
This is why I’m swimming.

This November, I am taking part in Swim For Breast Cancer for the mothers, sisters, daughters, friends and loves ones who are impacted by this devastating disease.
I am doing this to raise funds for National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) to support vital breast cancer research to help save lives.
