Day 1: 120 Down, 3,600 to Go!

I’ve officially kicked off Day 1 of the NBCF Squat Challenge, and I’m feeling incredibly motivated to get moving for such an important cause.
I’ll admit—120 squats is definitely more than it sounds like once you’re halfway through! 🫣 My legs are certainly feeling the burn already, but knowing that every rep supports world-class breast cancer research makes it well worth the effort.
Last year, the Coles Squatters raised a phenomenal $2,475. This year, I’m personally committing to 3,720 squats (120 every single day this March) to help us drive even more impact.

The National Breast Cancer Foundation is working toward a goal of zero deaths from breast cancer by 2030. Every donation, no matter the size, gets us closer to life-saving breakthroughs in prevention and treatment.

Our Squat Challenge for breast cancer research

56 Australians will be diagnosed with breast cancer today and a further 9 will die. We want to make a difference to the lives of those 56 Australians impacted by the disease - that is why we are taking on the Squat Challenge to raise vital funds for world-class breast cancer research. But we need your help.
