I'M SWIMMING FOR my Nan and for every person who has been affected by this disease

I’m swimming for those currently fighting, those who have survived, and those who have tragically lost their lives. For the families who have sat beside hospital beds, held their loved ones through the hardest moments, and prayed for more time together. Because behind every diagnosis is a person who is loved beyond words, and a family whose world can change in an instant. Having someone as special as Min to dedicate this challenge to makes it so much more meaningful. I’m incredibly grateful she is a survivor, and I want to honour her strength while helping create hope for others facing this journey. Every kilometre I swim and every dollar raised is for something bigger than me. My goal is to raise $1,500 to support breast cancer research and help create a future where fewer families have to experience the heartbreak of this disease. This November, I am taking part in Swim For Breast Cancer for the mothers, sisters, daughters, friends and loves ones who are impacted by this devastating disease.

I am doing this to raise funds for National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) to support vital breast cancer research to help save lives.
