I'm now a Pink Hero

Did you know that every day 56 people in Australia are diagnosed with breast cancer and 9 people in Australia die every day from this disease?

I've decided to get active and set myself a challenge to raise funds for world-class breast cancer research to help National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) towards their vision of Zero Deaths from breast cancer.

My challenge is to perform 56 squats each day for 31 days.

Please support me and my pledge to save lives and make a difference.

Every donation, big or small, will get me closer to reaching my goal. Together, we can stop deaths from breast cancer.

My Updates

I've been training!

Tuesday 24th Feb
Fundraising for Breast Cancer Research is important to me because so many are affected.  We lost a schoolmate to breast cancer, she has two children and a loving partner, it was cruel how quickly and mercilessly cancer took her.  (crying as I write this) The statistics of those affected by breast cancer are not far from my thoughts each year.
Throughout February I've made a real effort to squat each day to prepare for this challenge.
