My Squat Challenge for breast cancer research

56 Australians will be diagnosed with breast cancer today and a further 9 will die. I want to make a difference to the lives of those 56 Australians impacted by the disease - that is why I am taking on the Squat Challenge to raise vital funds for world-class breast cancer research. But I need your help.

Every day, 56 people are diagnosed with breast cancer and a further 9 lose their lives to it. These numbers are more than statistics - they represent real people, real families, and real stories. Breast cancer has touched the lives of people close to me. A dear friend's mum has faced this battle, and my own grandmother has experienced it too. Seeing how it affects the people we love is a powerful reminder of why awareness, research, and support matter so much. That's why I'm raising funds - to help support life-saving research, early detection programs, and the incredible people working to support those affected by breast cancer. Every donation, no matter the size, helps move us one step closer to better treatments, stronger support systems, and hopefully one day a world without breast cancer. Thank you for being part of this mission and helping make a difference.

First day of squatting for a reason and already feeling the burn! Doesn’t matter as long as it helps!!

I'm doing 1736 squats this March for the 56 Australians diagnosed with breast cancer every day.
