Our Squat Challenge for breast cancer research

We will be doing 56 squats every single day for the entire month to raise money for breast cancer research and support. That’s 1,736 squats by the end of March and every single one is for a cause that means so much.

We are doing this in honour of one of our best friends, Caroline, who is a breast cancer survivor. Watching her strength, courage and determination through one of the toughest battles of her life has been nothing short of inspiring. She is living proof of resilience, hope and the power of never giving up.

Breast cancer touches so many families, and I want to do my small part to help fund research, support services and hopefully a future without this disease.
