Going beyond targets!

Woo hoo! We have both swum 9 km so checked that target off, but we’ll keep swimming of course. 
And thanks to our generous sponsors we’ve met the team target as well as our individual targets. Over halfway!

Thanks to all our generous sponsors, we have blitzed our fundraising total for Team Ho.pe! Than you also for the messages of support, which are much appreciated.
And the kilometres are accumulating in the pool - we’re over halfway :-)

Setting goals and starting off

We have decided to increase our team goal to $550. It’s a stretch target but we’ll see how we go :-)
We swam our first 1 km each today. It was a cruise for Kevin. I’ve had a swimming hiatus so was surprised that it felt pretty good and I hadn’t lost form. i think Wednesday’s remedial massage paid off.!

This November, we're taking part in Swim For Breast Cancer for the mothers, sisters, daughters, friends and loves ones who are impacted by this devastating disease.

We're doing this to raise funds for National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) to support vital breast cancer research to help save lives.
