Our Squat Challenge for breast cancer research

December 2025 I was diagnosed with breast cancer, a January 2026 I under went a double Mastectomy and reconstruction to remove my breast cancer and prevent it from ever returning. This was not an easy decision or procedure to go through and I am still recovering I have my good days and my bad days still coming to grips with what I have actually gone through and it’s tough both physically and emotionally. 

Sadly the reality is that 56 Australians will be diagnosed with breast cancer today. We want to make a difference to the lives of those 56 Australians impacted by the disease - that is why we are taking on the squat challenge to help these people.
