Our team are getting fit and strong this month -Julian who had a knee replacement in Feb completes 60 squats most days.....Karl who has lung fibrosis from COVID is doing 60 x 3 per day (age 74) = 180!. I am up to 120-130 each day in sets of 30-50. Liz Bassett is doing 100 squats per day. Lynita, our fittest team member complates 120 squats each day. Our fundraising is increasing each week - up close to $1,000 but we still need more sponsorsSquat Challenge for breast cancer research
56 Australians will be diagnosed with breast cancer today and a further 9 will die. We want to make a difference to the lives of those 56 Australians impacted by the disease - that is why we are taking on the Squat Challenge to raise vital funds for world-class breast cancer research.
