Bottoms Up for Breast Cancer was created to bring people together, get moving, and support an incredibly important cause.

"In Australia, 56 people are diagnosed with breast cancer every day, and 9 lives are lost. Behind those numbers are families, friends, colleagues, and loved ones, and that’s why this challenge matters to us."

As a mostly desk-based group, we’re taking on the Squat Challenge as a fun and positive way to move our bodies while supporting vital, world-class breast cancer research. There’s no pressure here, it’s about participation, awareness, and doing what we can, together.

Every donation, big or small, helps fund life-saving research and brings us closer to the National Breast Cancer Foundation’s goal of ending deaths from breast cancer.
