I have chosen to Give it Up for Breast Cancer. By taking part, I am challenging myself to go without for one month. 

I want a world where there are ZERO deaths from breast cancer. I believe every death from breast cancer is one too many. To achieve this, I’m raising funds for more research. All donations made to this page will help do exactly that.

More then just giving up

Hi all, 
So I have made the decision to do more then just give up junk food I am also aiming to walk/jog/run a total of 50kms maybe/hopefully more from 02-01-2021 to the 02-02-2021. I will use the Strava tracker app to track all my efforts.
