Fight for them with me
Did you know that every day 58 people in Australia are diagnosed with breast cancer and 9 Australians die every day from this disease?
In May I will be attempting the Down Under 135, a 220km trail run with 14000m elevation gain. To put myself through this is a significant physical and mental demand, but nothing on what these men and women endure with their fight for their lives. So im running for 'her and him'. For their fight in what is yet to come. Help me fight for them.
I will be dedicating this run to a special woman who makes all the lives around her better, in hopes to raise funds for world-class breast cancer research to help National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) towards their vision of Zero Deaths from breast cancer.
