I'm now a Zero Hero
In 2018, I lost my Aunt.
In 2018, I wasnt the only one to lose someone.
There are so many fantastic, amazing and strong women in my life, and to know that they live with the threat of Breast Cancer in the back of their minds every day, is tough to grasp.
Cancer itself is such a horrible thing, and if I can make a small contribution to that dreadful disease becoming extinct, then I would be proud of that.
The National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) is Australia’s leading national body funding game-changing breast cancer research with money raised entirely by the Australian public.

Pink Hair for a Week!
Tuesday 26th FebThis week Ive gone PINK!
Yep, my hair is totally Hot Pink for a week, to help raise awareness of the cause. Its hard to miss a 6'3 bloke with bright pink hair!
The folks at work have had a real kick out of it.
Ive had some funny looks at Cafe's; but Im proud of it.
Cant wait for Friday night to play some tunes and get the clippers out!

Fundraisers!
Wednesday 13th FebSo, thus far Ive organised myself to dye my hair bright pink for one day of work, and then, shave it all off that night for an Open Mic night at my local Pub.
What an important thing to be a part of. After losing a family member, and seeing other friends and family doing the same, its hard to watch. Especially someone you love going through that.
so, if by doing this, I can make a small contribution to the lives of the amazing women in my life, then Ill do what I can!
