I'm now a Pink Hero

I'm raising funds for breast cancer because someone close to me — a colleague and friend — is going through it right now. His wife is currently in treatment, and it’s been incredibly tough on their whole family. Watching their journey has reminded me that cancer doesn’t just affect the person diagnosed — it deeply impacts the people around them too.

I wanted to do something that could make a difference. By fundraising, I hope to support the research, care programs, and early detection efforts that give families like theirs strength and hope.

Did you know that every day 58 people in Australia are diagnosed with breast cancer and 9 Australians die every day from this disease?  

I've decided to shave my hair and raise funds for world-class breast cancer research to help National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) towards their vision of Zero Deaths from breast cancer.
