Boobs in Suburbia - Video Breast Cancer Awareness

By Kylie Gardner

I'm now a Zero Hero

Breast Cancer affects all of us even regardless of sex,  we can be affected personally or indirectly by a loved one, family or friends. It can occur at any age through out our lives and leave lasting devastating effects whether emotionally, physically or fatally.

I'm hosting an event because I want a world where there are ZERO deaths from breast cancer, a world where simply being diagnosed with Breast cancer can be a simply quick fix.  I believe every diagnosis and death from breast cancer is one too many. To achieve this, I’m raising funds for more research. All donations made to this page will help do exactly that.

The National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) is Australia’s leading national body funding game-changing breast cancer research with money raised entirely by the Australian public.

I really believe research is the best way to prevent deaths, and improve how breast cancer is diagnosed, managed and treated. NBCF is working towards one goal: zero deaths from breast cancer by 2030. Together we can help them get there.

I have written and created a short humorous video on the personal lives of breasts, performed by our very own "Boob Committee". It will make your sides burst with laughter and bring awareness to the mitigating symptoms, stresses and excesses of life affecting the well being of the body.

If you would like to watch the video  it will be available to watch after 30/11/2019 please Click 'Donate' to make a secure online donation and help me reach my goal. Every donation, big or small, will help me get there. Please donate today.

All donations over $2 are tax deductible and you will be issued with a tax-deductible receipt via email as soon as you make your donation.

Thank you so much for your support!

Boobs in Suburbia making the movie

Tuesday 19th Nov

I have been truely blessed with working with such supportive family and friends who have donated their bodies for breast cancer awareness.

It's not any easy thing to expose your breasts/chest to anyone, but these courageous women and men did just that. They bore itchy body paint that took scrubbing to get off and in a couple of cases 2 showers. For the guys, a couple had bald patches where tape had been ripped off.

There were plenty of laughs from all of us and these wonderful people were such loving spirited people who just gave their time, modesty and love to help support and raise awareness for this incideous disease.

Society has been truely blessed to have these courageous loving people who willingly have given up their time and modesty to donate to a worthy cause. I hope it may bring a smile and a bit of a laugh in the face of adversity, and bring awareness that our busy carcinogenic lifestyles truely do affect our immunity and the health and wellbeing of our bodies, which can indeed expose us to cancer.
