Giving back to those who had my back!

Run 1km or more with me this October for breast cancer awareness.
I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Triple Negative Breast Cancer at 32 - what a slap in the face that was!
Tomorrow is not promised so I try to make the most of each day that I am here living - what a privilege to still be here. 
I am running 56km+ for those who gave so much to me during my battle but also to provide inspiration and strength to those who will, who are and who have been through the same hell I did. 
Together we can make a positive impact on something so treatable!!
