I'm now a Pink Hero
Did you know that every day 58 people in Australia are diagnosed with breast cancer and 9 Australians die every day from this disease?
I've decided to shave my hair and raise funds for world-class breast cancer research to help National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) towards their vision of Zero Deaths from breast cancer.
I am lucky enough to have the choice to shave my head, a privilege which is taken away from so many of those diagnosed with breast cancer.
I hope that this small change in my life makes an enormous difference in someone else's.
