I'm getting active and setting myself a challenge of walking a minimum of 5km every day in October to raise money for NBCF and world-class breast cancer research. October is known as national breast cancer awareness month.

The National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) is Australia’s leading national body funding game-changing breast cancer research with money raised entirely by the Australian public.

I believe research and spreading awareness of are some of the best ways to prevent deaths, and improve how breast cancer is diagnosed, managed and treated. As a young woman, I believe that every person’s health is important, and we should work together to allow for the best quality of life for all. Finding a cure for breast cancer means we are one step closer to finding the cure for all cancers.

A big thank you to everyone who has supported and donated so far! I’m so grateful and thankful to have reached my goal of $500, and am very excited that we are all coming together to make a difference ?

My walking challenge begins in less than 3 days, and I would love to encourage you all to get active and look after yourselves this October! Many of the wonderful people in my life have said they would love to go on my 5km walks throughout the month, so if you’d be keep to join me feel free to send me message and I would be more than excited to invite you along!
