I'm now a Zero Hero
This year breast cancer has touched the life of special lady very close to me. Her case was unusual, with the doctors not completely sure the best way to approach it. This has been extremely eye opening for me and I hope I can do my part in making not only her life a little bit easier but also other women effected by breast cancer.
I will be shaving my head to support her while she is going through treatment. In doing this I hope to support not only her but other people who lose their hair during treatment. I feel that beauty comes from within and everyone is beautiful with or without their hair.
I have chosen the National Breast Cancer Foundation to fundraise for. With their main goal ZERO DEATHS from breast cancer by 2030 by early detection and improved treatment outcomes.
Every dollar counts toward this goal. All I am asking is for your spare change to help each and every one of the 50 women diagnosed in Australia EVERY day!
