Cancer has touched many of us in one way or another, and right now, our colleague Rebecca Cooper is facing her own battle. After undergoing surgery to remove cancer, Bec is now preparing for chemotherapy. To stand in solidarity, a group of us are shaving our heads alongside Bec—both to support her and to raise vital funds for breast cancer research.
Did you know that every day in Australia, 58 people are diagnosed with breast cancer, and 9 people lose their lives to this disease? We've decided to shave our hair to raise funds for world-class breast cancer research through the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF), helping them work towards their vision of Zero Deaths from breast cancer.
When: Wednesday, April 2nd
Where: Conference Room, 6:00 PM
