Cancer is prevalent in todays world. It affects us all. Shatters us all.
I've decided to celebrate with NBCF because I want a world where there are ZERO deaths from breast cancer. I believe every death from breast cancer is one too many. To achieve this, I’m raising funds for more research. All donations made to this page will help do exactly that.
Breast Cancer statistics:
• 2 Australians are diagnosed every hour.
• 50 Australians are diagnosed every day.
• 18, 235 Australians are diagnosed every year.
NBCF is working towards one goal: zero deaths from breast cancer by 2030.
I and the ones I care about have been affected, by breast cancer in particular, on more than one occasion. The women in my life are my loves, my strength and my inspiration. My mother, friends, sisters, wife and daughter. For you we need to do more. Make a difference and wipe out this plague from our world.
Please do what you can to help out. Each person can make a difference to tip the scales. For my birthday this year, in lieu of a gift, make a donation instead to the National Breast Cancer Fountation.
A goal of $5,000 has been set. It's ambitious I know. But with everyone's assistance, as well as some hard work on my part, we will be another step closer to creating a world where our children don't need to fear a cancer diagnosis.
