NO SUGAR, NO ALCOHOL AND 100KM IN 10 DAYS!
This Foundation means so much to me as I have had an Aunt and a very close client of mine pass away from this type of cancer.
Please support me in raising awareness for breast cancer and encouraging women and men to check their breasts regularly!
I will be updating you every day on my progress via facebook and instagram.
Doing this is easy compared to the constant struggles women and men have dealing with cancer which I have seen first hand.

I have 5 days left in the challenge and I am on track!
I have walked 50km in 5days
And will walk another 50km over the next 5 days BUTTT I will now add 100km on my exercise bike.
