Every day 58 people in Australia are diagnosed with breast cancer and 9 Australians die every day from this disease?
When I was growing up as a young child my mother fell very ill and I was looked after and cared for by my beloved grandmother for a long period of time. Unfortunately her life was cut very short due to this devastating disease and watching her deteriorate as a result of this was difficult to watch.
I've decided to set myself a challenge to raise funds for world-class breast cancer research to help National Breast Cancer foundation (NBCF) by running 58 km throughout the month of October.
