I have chosen to Give it Up for Breast Cancer. By taking part, I am challenging myself to go without booze for two months.

I want a world where there are ZERO deaths from breast cancer, I believe every death from breast cancer is one too many. To achieve this, I’m raising funds for more research. All donations made to this page, or straight to the website, will help do exactly that.

Two Weeks to Go!

Monday 18th Jan
This is week four of “Dry January” and I have to say, this is a lot easier to do than I thought it would be.

Giving up alcohol was probably the simplest thing to do for this, I’ve seen the benefits both physically and mentally; I’ve been sleeping better, my mood is better, and my concentration is... getting there (?)

While are two more weeks of January, my commitment will extend through to the end of February. I can only hope that I make it my goal before then!
