This June, I've made a pledge to WEAR IT, SHAVE IT or COLOUR IT and raise funds for world-class breast cancer research to help NBCF towards their vision of Zero Deaths from breast cancer.

Breast Cancer Awareness

Thanks for visiting my page and helping to support Breast Cancer research and promote awareness.
I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in December 2023 and was lucky that it was detected in the early stages.  Now 7 months after surgery and having completed 4 weeks of radiotherapy I am feeling good.
Please make sure you and your girlfriends or other family members attend breast cancer screening.  Breast Screen WA offer free screening for all women aged 40+.
If you are at higher risk, having family who have had breast cancer then go and talk to your GP, regardless of your age and make sure you are getting checked out.
