On Friday the 10th October 2025, ADFA is bringing the challenge, the sweat, and the energy with HYROX for Hope — a fitness event like no other, all in support of the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF).
From sled pushes to wall balls, running to rowing, HYROX will test your grit — but every rep, every step, and every drop of sweat will help power life-saving breast cancer research.
