I'm hosting an event because I want a world where there are ZERO deaths from breast cancer. I believe every death from breast cancer is one too many. To achieve this, I’m raising funds for more research. All donations made to this page will help do exactly that. 

The National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) is Australia’s leading national body funding game-changing breast cancer research with money raised entirely by the Australian public.

I really believe research is the best way to prevent deaths, and improve how breast cancer is diagnosed, managed and treated. NBCF is working towards one goal: zero deaths from breast cancer. Together we can help them get there.

About 23 years ago my grandmothers life was turned upside down for the second time. They found breast cancer again after her first battle a couple years before. 
My nan being the strong woman she is went in and fought hard once more beating the cancer. I’m grateful because I have got to spend time making memories with her. I am doing this fundraiser because I want to raise awareness for breast cancer and help generate funds to put back into research and finding a cure. 
Breast cancer runs in our family so I’ll never know if myself, a loved one or even a friend might need a cure! Together we can raise awareness about early detection and create a positive stigma for women to get regular checks and to speak up if they are worried.
