This is the terms and conditions for the National Breast Cancer Foundation of Australia’s (NBCF) ABN 37 144 841 707 fundraising event Bridge to 2030 2018.
When: Friday 18th May, 2018
Time: Commencing at 8.00 am – you will receive your allocated bridge climb time one week prior to the climb
Registration fee: Your registration fee of $200 is non-refundable, but does count towards your fundraising goal. The registration fee is also non tax deductible.
Registration email: You must use your correct email address to register for this event.
Fundraising Target: You must reach your fundraising goal of $1,000 to participate in the Bridge Climb. Your goal is made up of your $200 registration fee and $800 of fundraising. If you do not reach your fundraising goal of $1,000 you will not be able to participate in the Bridge Climb.
Cancellation policy: Your $200 registration fee and /or fundraising is non-refundable.
Substitutions: If you are unable to participate in the Bridge Climb and you have raised the fundraising goal of $1,000, we will allow you to send a substitute from your organisation in your spot. NBCF must be notified of all substitutions by Friday 11th May, 2018. This must be made in writing to Lana Do Canto (firstname.lastname@example.org) at NBCF. No refunds of your registration fee and/or fundraising will be granted at any point. Any Bridge Climb swaps after Friday 11th May, 2018 will not be granted.
Behaviour: NBCF reserves the right to prohibit entry of any person to the Bridge Climb, or eject any person from the Bridge Climb, based on behavior deemed inappropriate by NBCF staff and/or its agents and others working under its authority.
Invoices: If an organisation wishes to pay the registration fee using Electronic Funds Transfer NBCF can produce an invoice.
