PLIÉ FOR PINK
Xtend Barre combines the science of Pilates with the dynamics and exhilaration of dance to open, strengthen and tone your total body, refresh your mind, and release your soul.
With 20 studios across Australia, plus live stream and on demand workouts, we have a class for every body and every goal including Barre, Pilates, HIIT, Yoga and more!
In October 2011, we launched Plié For Pink, an annual fundraiser class held across our nation-wide network to unite our community and raise money and awareness for the National Breast Cancer Foundation. It has since become a much-loved tradition and highly anticipated event for our members, instructors and studio owners.
Pull out your best pink tights and join us at your local studio from 21-23 October 2022, as we pulse, plank, and Plié For Pink!
