Our 57 Squat Challenge for breast cancer research
57 Australians will be diagnosed with breast cancer today and a further 9 will lose their life. We want to make a difference to the lives of those 57 Australians impacted by the disease - that is why we are taking on the 57 Squat Challenge to raise vital funds for world-class breast cancer research. But we need your help.

Go for it Sophia, you’re gonna smash it!! You are so awesome and this is a particularly awesome thing that you are doing - super proud to know you and to support you with this :) I have known too many women go through breast cancer and associated treatment. However, I am fortunate to say that most of the women I have known survived, and they are all remarkable women!! My dear friends Di and Teresa, in addition to friends Emma and Jen, are all incredible women who survived breast cancer. I am also a huge fan of Kylie Minogue as you know. Kylie is not just a pop icon but also another inspiring breast cancer survivor :) Sadly, there are also inspirational women I have known, who went through breast cancer, but are no longer with us, This includes my friends best friend, another Jen, who is dearly remembered and missed every day, by her friends and family. Breast cancer impacts on most peoples live, whether it be themselves or someone they know. Everyone should check for lumps, changes and anything unusual, even men, who often don’t realise that they are also at risk… Thank you for doing this Sophia, you are amazing and I look forward to support squats with you at rehearsals :) x

Breast Cancer had never crossed my mind until my diagnosis. Since then I have learnt so much and through fundraisers like this research has come so far. In 20 years the death rate has improved by around 40% and climbing. 🥳 Thank you all so much for your support! I appreciate each and everyone of you for showing me so much love and reminding me I am not alone 💖. Thank you to everyone who has played a part in this fundraiser! Being able to raise this amount of money for such a great cause is incredible. Thank you Brooke for setting it all up and im sure you have been whipping the squats out of some of the guys 😆 It was great to see it live in action.
