Wearing pink for breast cancer week
From 3-9 June, the National Breast Cancer Foundation is challenging the men and women of Australia to GO PINK in support of the thousands of mothers, brothers, sisters, husbands, wives, daughters and sons that have been – or will be – affected by breast cancer.
I'm going pink because breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in Australia. As most of you know my mother was diagnosed with this disease and it really shocked all our family and friends. My mum is the strongest women I know and fundraising for this cause is so close to my heart and a way for me to help a huge cause.
While wearing something pink this June, I’m raising money for game-changing breast cancer research. Please donate to my page, you’ll be helping us step closer to our ultimate goal: zero deaths from breast cancer by 2030.
YOU can make a difference. Let me know if you want to GO PINK with me!
