AUGUST is my birth month, so how to celebrate it? How about RAISE MONEY for those who have BREAST CANCER!
My Nana also was born in Aug, passed away some 32yrs ago from Breast Cancer, as did her Mother & Sister.
I have lost too many gorgeous soul sisters to cancer, one of them should also be celebrating her birthday this month, but she passed away last year, way too young.
FCUKING CANCER! It has taken too many people I love, from Breast Cancer & from other types of Cancer, it is time to make cancer a thing of the past.
HELP ME TO HELP THEM HOW? DONATE!

Right now, 58 people in Australia are diagnosed with breast cancer every day.
This August, I am taking part in Step Up to Breast Cancer for the grandparents, mothers, sisters, soul sisters, daughters, friends and loves ones who are impacted by this devastating disease.
I am doing this to raise funds for National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) to support vital breast cancer research to help save lives.

YES! I did it!
Thursday 28th Aug DRUM ROLL, BIG LOUD DRUM ROLL!!I did it!, I walked, well hobbled mostly, I did chair yoga, walking on the spot, wore a track in the grass walking around & around & around the back yard. Shed tears, yelled, screamed, shouted, but I moved & I have done 58 km's!, with 3 days to go!
I STEPPED UP TO CANCER!
I have done my bit & a bit more, so now my lovelies,
I NEED YOUR HELP! PLEASE, PLEASE & PRETTY PLEASE, I NEED YOU ALL TO MAKE A DONATION!

Sunday 17th Aug. Day 17!
Sunday 17th Aug Sunday 17th Aug. Day 17!Another few days done & dusted.
Another 9km's walked, furniture surfed, hobbled, yelling at myself to get moving. One flying lesson to hug the floor, colliding with the coffee table on the way down, so I can show off a war wound, an ouchy big bruise for my effort!
The pass week has been a struggle, got a dose of a cold, which made everything flare, depression, anxiety & stress added to mix, so I really had to push myself to get out of bed.
Surprised myself by getting 9 k's done.
33.5km's done, only 23.5k's to go!
I still have a way to go, both in km's & donations.
